Renderings of Galaxy Buds 4
All over the internet, we see Samsung's new earbuds popping up. We discussed the Galaxy Buds 3 series, released in 2024, in detail in the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro review and in our review of the Buds 3. The design of its successors seems to be changing a bit. If the images are indeed correct, Samsung is opting for a slightly sharper finish.

In both models, the earbuds seem to get a stem made of brushed aluminium, making the cheap plastic stem a thing of the past. However, it could still be that it is indeed a plastic stem, but will be more premium to the eye. Samsung will choose to release the two models in black and white. On the outside, we see a grill made of mesh, which houses the microphones for active noise cancellation (ANC).

News emerged earlier that the new earbuds would feature gesture support. Unknown is when the new earbuds will be announced. Samsung may choose to present them together with the Galaxy S26 series in February, but it is also quite possible that another time will be chosen for this.
